Question 1

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Accepted Answer

Minimums vary by hamper. Most festive edits begin at 20–30, made-to-order builds from 10, and bespoke trunks from 10–15. The minimum is shown with each option; ask us about a smaller pilot order.

Question 2

How long does fulfilment take?

Accepted Answer

Ready hampers typically dispatch within 7–10 working days of approval; made-to-order and festive builds need 2–4 weeks. Share your delivery date and we plan backwards.

Question 3

Can you deliver to multiple cities across India?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tell us the cities and headcounts in the enquiry form and we coordinate packing, addressing and dispatch from the plan across all 28 states in India with individual recipient tracking.

Question 4

What personalisation is possible on corporate hampers?

Accepted Answer

Box sleeves, greeting cards, custom ribbon palettes, debossed company initials, custom brand cards, and fully bespoke builds for flagship moments.

Question 5

How is pricing decided?

Accepted Answer

Starting prices are indicative. Your final quote depends on the hamper, quantity and personalisation — shared as a fixed proposal before you commit.

Question 6

How do the tiers work across budgets?

Accepted Answer

Our eight hampers range from ₹451 for volume festive builds to ₹5,551 for the Indraprastha trunk. Each option lists its starting price and minimum order quantity; final pricing is confirmed in a fixed quote.

Question 7

Is there an online checkout?

Accepted Answer

No — gifting here is by quote. You brief us, we send two or three curated directions with a fixed proposal, and you approve before anything is made.
