1. Agreement & Studio Engagement
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding commercial agreement between Unboxd Gifting Studio (“Unboxd”, “we”, “us”), located at Sector 40, Mohyal Colony, Gurugram, Haryana, India, and the commissioning client or organization (“Client”, “you”).
By commissioning a corporate gifting brief, approving a quotation, issuing a Purchase Order (PO), or authorizing production, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
2. Indicative Pricing & Formal Quotations
Prices displayed on unboxd.store across our eight-hamper range (from ₹451 to ₹5,551) and custom hamper builder are indicative base estimates per unit before applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), custom branding complexity, and freight logistics.
- Quotation Validity: All official written quotations issued by Unboxd remain valid for fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. Due to seasonal market fluctuations in dry fruit commodities and rigid boxboard materials, prices are locked only upon formal confirmation and advance payment.
- Fixed Proposals: Once a quotation is approved and advance is remitted, the per-unit price is strictly fixed and will not vary, provided the agreed specifications, quantities, and delivery schedules remain unchanged.
3. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) & Sampling
Due to batch production, custom dye-cutting, and packaging manufacturing, Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) apply per hamper line:
- Festive & Themed Edits: Standard MOQ of 20 to 30 units depending on the tier.
- Bespoke & Executive Trunks: MOQ of 10 to 15 units for premium bespoke editions (Navratna and Indraprastha).
- Samples & Approvals: For large corporate runs, pre-production digital mockups or physical sample kits are prepared for client sign-off. Client sign-off on packaging proofs (custom logo sleeves, debossed initials, foil cards) constitutes final approval for mass manufacturing.
4. Payment Terms & Invoicing
- Standard Orders: A 50% advance deposit is required upon PO issuance or quotation sign-off to initiate raw material procurement, box assembly, and printing. The remaining 50% balance is payable prior to final dispatch.
- High-Value CXO Tiers (Navratna ₹4,751 & Indraprastha ₹5,551): In accordance with studio procurement protocols, high-value heirloom materials and artisanal silverware are procured against an 80% advance payment upon PO confirmation, with the final 20% due prior to dispatch.
- Taxation: All invoices are subject to GST under Indian law. Legitimate GST invoices with HSN/SAC codes are issued to facilitate Input Tax Credit (ITC) for corporate buyers.
5. Food Safety, Mithai Shelf Life & Storage (FSSAI)
Unboxd curates all confectionery, dry fruits, chocolates, and mithai exclusively from licensed FSSAI-compliant culinary partners and master sweetmakers:
- Perishable Sweets: Artisanal sweets (such as Dharwad Peda, Kaju Katli, Dodha Barfi, and Turkish Baklava) are packaged fresh and have a declared shelf life ranging from 15 to 45 days depending on the item.
- Storage Requirements: Hampers containing confections, roasted nuts, or chocolate dragees must be stored in a cool, dry environment away from direct heat and sunlight. Unboxd shall not be held liable for product deterioration resulting from prolonged client warehousing or improper ambient storage post-delivery.
6. Pan-India Shipping & Logistics
We coordinate pan-India dispatches through Tier-1 express air and surface logistics partners (including Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and specialized freight carriers):
- Multi-City Address Accuracy: The Client is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of recipient addresses and mobile numbers in delivery spreadsheets. Re-routing charges resulting from incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the client will be billed at actuals.
- Festive Transit Windows: While we plan dispatches backwards from your designated target date, delivery timelines are estimates subject to regional transport conditions, festive courier peak loads, and force majeure events.
7. Inspection, Transit Breakage & Replacement
All delicate items (handcrafted brass diyas, crystal candle stands, ceramic dishes, and glass bottles) are reinforced with protective transit packaging:
- Inspection Window: The Client or recipient must inspect shipments upon arrival. Any transit damage, broken pieces, or missing units must be reported to
hello@unboxd.storewithin 48 hours of delivery accompanied by unboxing photographs or video proof. - Immediate Replacement: Verified transit breakages reported within the 48-hour window will be replaced promptly by our studio at no additional cost to the Client.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Because corporate hampers involve customized branding, bespoke packaging manufacturing, and perishable foodstuffs:
- Once bespoke printing (custom-branded logo sleeves, foiled gift cards, or debossed initials) or food procurement has commenced, advance payments are non-refundable to cover irreversible production costs.
- Should a cancellation request be received before production initiation, refunds will be processed after deducting incurred design, mock-up, and administrative expenses.
9. Intellectual Property & Branding Authorization
The Client warrants that it owns or possesses lawful rights to all logos, trademarks, and artwork provided to Unboxd. The Client grants Unboxd a non-exclusive, limited license to reproduce such assets solely for the production and delivery of the Client's commissioned hampers. Unboxd reserves the right to photograph finished hampers for its studio portfolio and lookbook unless explicitly restricted under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be construed, interpreted, and governed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or studio orders shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
